Our Team
Dustin has served as President of Sammons Infrastructure, leading corporate strategy, asset integration, P&L responsibility, and long-term value growth since 2019, bringing with him ~10 years of C-suite level experience in both public and private companies within the upstream oil and gas sector.
Dustin graduated first in his department with honors at New Mexico State University with a degree in Finance while also playing football and running track. He obtained his MBA from West Texas A&M University.

Prior to joining Sammons Infrastructure, AJ was CFO for Murchison Oil & Gas, a privately held exploration and production company and Director of Finance, Treasury for Vistra Corp. She started her career in investment banking with Citigroup and Houlihan Lokey.
AJ received her BS in Industrial Engineering from Bogazici University, her MENG in Operations Research from Cornell University, and her MS in Accounting from University of Texas at Dallas. She is a CFA charter holder.

Before joining Sammons Infrastructure, Kelly was assistant general counsel at Mitchell International, Inc., a technology company in the property, casualty and disability claims industry where she focused on contract negotiation, litigation management, and regulatory compliance. Prior to that Kelly practiced complex commercial litigation for Dallas based law firms.
Kelly is a graduate of Georgetown University and received her law degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.

At Erik's prior experience at NovaSource Power Services, he led the utility-scale solar services business, where he served as Vice President-Power Plant Americas. He also managed combined cycle & cogeneration power plants for Colorado Energy Management, and served in the US Navy, operating nuclear power plants aboard the USS Carl Vinson aircraft carrier.
Erik holds a BS in Accountancy from CSU Long Beach, an MBA from Texas A&M, and is a graduate of the US Navy Nuclear Power Program.

Before joining Sammons Infrastructure, Brett worked for six years as counsel for Sammons Corporation. Prior to joining Sammons, Brett served as counsel for Children’s Health, a preeminent North Texas pediatric hospital, and Associa, the nation’s largest community management company.
Brett earned his undergraduate degree from Texas Christian University and his juris doctor degree from St. Mary’s University.

Ahsan led consulting services for energy companies at KPMG, focusing on corporate strategy, energy transition, and digital transformation. Joined Sammons Infrastructure in 2024, he brings18 years of experience in strategic consulting, operations/asset management, and leadership in the energy sector.
Ahsan received his Master of Engineering Management degree from Northwestern University and his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Illinois University.

Before Sammons Infrastructure, Rebecca was a Project Developer with Sorgent.e Hydro Canada Corp., a developer of hydroelectric run-of-river projects in British Columbia, Canada. Prior to that, Rebecca was employed by the University of Victoria, where she assisted with research for Environment Canada.
Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts (with Distinction) in Geography and a Minor in Environmental Studies from the University of Victoria.

Before Sammons Infrastructure, Nike worked at several outstanding entities namely, Ernst & Young, CBRE and DFW International Airport. She has 30+ years of experience in accounting and financial reporting.
Nike holds degrees from Texas A&M with a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in Management and BA in Accounting. She is also a CPA, licensed in Texas, and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) licensed by the AICPA.

Benjamin brings 10 years of experience in financial analysis and valuations to Sammons Infrastructure. Benjamin worked at Genesys Cloud Technologies as a Corporate Development Associate. He has worked in various M&A transaction related roles in finance.
Benjamin received his undergraduate degree in finance from University of Texas at Austin.
